Before you make a change
Can BookMyReservations change any airline ticket?
Not always. The airline, issuing agency, ticket status and fare rules determine who controls a ticket and which changes are permitted. If another provider controls the booking, you may need to work directly with that provider.
What should I have ready when I call?
Have your itinerary, passenger details and the change you want to make ready. Do not send payment-card information by email.
Can you help with Business or First Class changes?
We can review premium-cabin itinerary requests where servicing is available. Fare differences, availability and applicable ticket rules may affect the final option.
